Description
An archaeological walkover survey of the proposed site for a new wind farm at Navidale, near Helmsdale, Sutherland. The proposed access track and five turbine sites were surveyed on 9th November 2016.
A number of peat cutting sites were recorded and a possible structure beside the Ord Burn was identified. These sites do not impact on the proposed turbine locations or the proposed route of the access track. No further archaeological work is recommended. <1>
