Description
A DBA and rapid walkover survey was undertaken by S Farrell in 2002 at Navidale, Helmsdale for a Woodland Grant Scheme. A walkover was made of all areas of the proposed 83 hectares, but 40% of the area was not accessible due to dense gorse and bracken. A number of new sites were recorded. Recommendations for where sites were to be avoided during tree planting were made. <1>
