Sletell (name verified): a settlement of three crofts with associated enclosures and cultivation enclosed within a head-dyke, which was deserted "about 30 years ago" according to local sources. This is presumably a post-Clearance settlement though this could not be verified locally.
Visited by OS (NKB) 25 August 1978.

Lynn Fraser submitted an internal view of one of the township buildings via the Highland HER Facebook page and several more photographs via the Highland HER Flickr group. <1><2>
