(NC 3856 6876) Circular enclosure.

This enclosure was not located; it is possibly a duplication of NC36NE 26.
Visited by OS (J B) 28 May 1980.
A rapid coastal zone assessment survey was conducted by GUARD in the Autumn of 1997 commissioned by Historic Scotland from the Viking and Early Settlement Archaeological Research Project based at the University of Glasgow.
The area for this supposed site is a grass- and-heather-covered slope between the cliff and the golf course. In common with the OS visit of 1980, no structure was located in the vicinity. <1>
