Full Description
Enclosure (NR) OS 6" map, (1963)
Set into a hillslope in open moorland is a heather-covered hut circle, measuring 8.5m in diameter within a wall, 2.5m wide at the entrance in the E, but slightly narrower elsewhere. One or two large stone blocks on edge define the inner wall-face; near to the inner face in the NE arc is a single earthfast stone, now almost completely buried, which may have been a support for a roof in the manner of the nearby homestead (ND02NW 1). There is no trace of associated cultivation.
Visited by OS (N K B) 26 October 1982.
