Full Description
A mid-late C19 single storey gate lodge for Balavil House.
The building and its gatepiers were listed at Category C in 1971.
A photographic record of the building was produced by ABC Planning and Design in 2018 and submitted as a record of the existing condition, appearance and setting of the building prior to essential repairs, maintenance work and internal renovations. <1>
