24 - 32 Upper Kessock Street demolished and rebuilt
A fabric condition survey commissioned by the Highland Buildings Preservation Trust was carried out by LDN Architects in May 2009 to assess the condition of Merkinch Welfare Hall, Grant Street Inverness. <1>
A conservation statement and DBA carried out by Andrew PK Wright was commissioned by the Highland Buildings Preservation Trust to understand the history of the Merkinch Welfare Hall, its original function, how it has changed over time, and it architectural and townscape importance. <2>
A design statement was produced by LDN Architects in May 2012 . <3>
