Full Description
A township comprising sixteen roofed buildings, of which one is a church and one is a manse, one unroofed building and five enclosures is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Ross-shire 1880, sheet cix). Twenty roofed buildings, one unroofed building and five enclosures are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1971).

The remaining uninhabited original buildings of this township lie on the high ground to the west of the present inhabited buildings, and should not be affected by any work on the pipeline. <1>
