Building remains.
NE corner of a 3m x 2.5m concrete pad, representing the base of a former small building, the N longside of which trends 276 degrees from here. The pad is set under tree cover in the N side of the S side of the plantation of Feature 007 (above), and has evidence of timber walls which were formerly bolted to the exterior of the pad.
This is possibly the ‘hut’ referred to in Frank MacLennan’s unpublished (1978) account of a quarrying accident on the track in 19th Century. <1>
