Hut circle marked on modern OS - HAW 8/2004

A hut circle, covered by deep heather is situated on the lower SW facing slopes of The Ord. Internally it measures 7m by 9.5m with the entrance in SE. The wall is generally spread to 2m wide and 0.4m high but widening at the entrance. <1>

This seems to be the first hut circle referred to in the description for MHG9470, the better preserved of two huts noted in deep heather at this location. <2>
