A turf-covered cairn and a small area of cultivation remains, on the S side of Cnoc a' Bhutain, were recorded during a pre-afforestation survey of Scourie and Badcall common grazings. The cairn measures 7.5m in length by 2.5m in width and is 0.4m high. On the E of the cairn, there is a subrectangular stone-free area, believed to be a small cultivation plot, measuring 7m by 14m.
