Full Description

A walkover survey was conducted by S Farrell in 2000 prior to the installation of a water pipe trench during a development for an agricultural barn at Braemore. Three new sites were recorded: a possible hut circle c.7m in diameter with signs of internal and external walling with an entrance at the southeast. A watching brief of the pipe trench revealed no archaeological features or deposits. A number of clearance cairns were also identified. <1>
