(NH 9533 5468) Stone Coffin containing Human Remains found AD 1844 (NAT) OS 6" map (1906)
The find was made about 1844. Name Book 1869
The findspot of the cist is at the top of a slight ridge, on top of a rise in the centre of an arable field. No evidence of amy significant features was seen. Visited by OS (RD) 16 August 1965
