Full Description

A survey of the archaeological and historic features was undertaken within Abernethy Forest Reserve for the RSPB in 1995.

A D-shaped kailyard, 8.2m wide from N/S, lies on the south side of the stone footings of a shieling 14.69m E/W, 5m N/S very much obscured by turf. <1>
