Full Description
NH 536 070 (centre) A desk-based assessment and walkover survey were conducted in March 2003 as part of an Environmental Impact Assessment for a proposed hydro-electric scheme. The survey revealed a number of new sites, including shielings, buildings, a farmstead, a well and a sheepfold. A small flint scraper was found at 580m (1900ft) above sea level.
