Full Description
This house is one of the four buildings in Achnasheen which were owned by the Strathbran estate in 1870. It was renovated and extended in the early 1970s, a linked extension being added to the front containing a bathroom and kitchen. At the western end a portion of the former stables was incorporated to form a living room. The cottage had formerly been nameless and it was named after the mountain to the south west of the village. The stables were converted into a jewellery, silversmithing and gemcutting workshop. <1>
