Full Description

One of several randomly placed and irregularly sized clearance cairns, comprising football-sized boulders, in an area to the N of Features 1 & 2 (above). It is unclear to which phase of land use they are associated [Bronze Age/Iron Age or pre-clearance], although it is likely that they are associated with both. They stand up to 0.6m high and are up to 5m in diameter. <1>
