Full Description
Possible hut circle recorded during walkover survey.
On an east facing "spur", in light mature pine wood. A low incomplete encircling bank encloses an area with diameter of 14m. A possible entrance is to be found in the south-east sector. <1>
It is possible this is one of the hut circles recorded just below Croftcrunie by the Inverness Scientific Society Field Club in 1888. <2>
It is not possible for this hut circle to be one of the three mentioned in <2> as Croftcrunie lies some 1.7 miles to the northeast - IS-L 06/02/2014.
