RCAHMS Canmore description:
NG 5825 2845 A survey was undertaken in April 2009 prior to the proposed development of a house close to a small herring station. The site dates from the mid 19th century and consists of a herring station with adjoining store and stackyard, and a building, possibly a store, with a small boat naust.
