Full Description

Possibly constructed channels associated with a ford over River Conon. It is suggested that these were the means by which ferries could have operated across the "ford".
This site is thought to be associated with a possible early medieval routeway (see MHG54596). Information supplied by Cait McCullagh and Allan Mackenzie as part of the Roads Through Ross project. <1>
