Full Description
Within Pavilion Gardens, a building shown on the OS 2nd edition map (1906), next to the curling pond and the bowling greens, was a bandstand. It was an open building, large enough for people to sit under cover when the weather was wet. There were toilets in the back by the 1950s. The bandstand is now long gone.
