Full Description
A small, partly eroded clearance cairn at Ladycairn, Dochfour, was noted during a walkover survey by Wordsworth Archaeology Services in 1999 in advance of a proposed Woodland Grant Scheme. It lay on the edge of an area of improved grassland and measured c3m in diameter x 0.5m high. The development of peat over this feature suggested it was of some age. It was recommended that it should be left unplanted. <1>
