Full Description
A track was noted during a DBA by J Wood in 1995 in advance of a woodland creation scheme. Cutting through Ryvoan, there was a track that dates to the 18th or 19th century according to the 1858 Seafield map. <1>
A track was noted during a walkover survey by C Dagg in 2007 in advance of a woodland creation scheme. This was the main trackway running from Glen More into the Abernethy. Although no doubt of some antiquity, it was in regular use by walkers and other leisure users, as well as the main vehicular access to Ryvoan Bothy and beyond at the time of this survey. <2>
