Full Description
The site of the guard hut and house to the B camp of HMS fieldfare was noted by ARCH's Evanton Wartime Remains project in 2013 in B camp Technical Area. In the late 1960s it was Keith and Patience bakery. Later Goodtread tyres used it as a store. Pictures from the 1980s show a timber extension in the front, but this has gone by the 2000s (Contributors: Eddie Szymborski, Bill Shirran, Roddie Lovett, Alex Fraser). The guard house was situated opposite the one Nissen hut in the area surviving by 2013. <1>
