Full Description
Two bath houses for officers were noted by ARCH's Evanton Wartime Remains project in 2013. Two buildings were listed on the 1946 RAF plan as officers' bath houses. The foundations of the smaller to the west survived only in a few places. The larger one was built over a cavity, and concrete stairs leading to a walkway to the north survive, some in situ, some moved nearby. The walkway was built over a cavity, parallel to a ditch. It seemed to have had partitions. The reason for this walkway was difficult to determine, but perhaps there were bridges or walkways leading to single officers' quarters to the north. <1>
