NG 6958 5645
One chunk of chalcedonic silica was picked up from a boulder in the centre of the stream during the Scotland's First Settlers Project in 2000. The find of a single undiagnostic lithic which may well represent background noise, though it would be worth monitoring sites like this to check whether further archaeological finds erode out. <1>
