Full Description
There are at least seven weirs on the River Hope lying downstream from just below Hope Bridge. The northernmost is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS map (1878). The weirs are at NC 47382 61175, NC 47406 61084, NC 47413 60901, NC 47417 60801, NC 47400 60526, NC 47372 60412, NC 47357 60311.
