Full Description
An early C20 bothy, probably built as part of the former Easter Delnies Fishing Station.
The building was noted during a walkover survey by AOC Archaeology Group in June 2007 with the apparently associated icehouse building (see MHG43690) located immediately to the south. Both buildings appeared to be in use as storage facilities for the golf course. <1>
The building was listed at Category B by Historic Environment Scotland in association with the late C19 icehouse to the south with effect from 18/02/2020. <2>
