Full Description

A possible souterrain at Elgol, Skye.

The site was included in an inventory of souterrains on Skye by R Miket. This is said to lie in front of the Post Office but was filled in 'some years ago'. There are no further details. <1>

The grid reference given in <1> would technically put the feature 'behind' the building of what was previously the Post Office, now converted to other use, assuming the public entrance of the Post Office faced the road.
