A souterrain near Claigan, Skye.
Claigan Farmhouse: Earth House: NG 239541: An earth house oriented NE to SW, c 7.7m long by 1.2m wide, terminating in a circular chamber of c 3m in diameter, which encloses a smaller structure, 1.5m in diameter is situated 675m ENE of Claigan farmhouse arid 250m NE of another earth house (RCAHMS 1928 Skye, No.527 (see MHG4828). <1>
The site is included in a discussion and in an inventory of the souterrains of Skye by R Miket. No further information. <2>
