Full Description

NC 4043 5408. A building 33 ft by 11 ft divided transversely 14 ft from the W end. It is well-built of dry-stone, the walls being double-faced with rubble infill and surviving to a maximum of four courses.

NC 4041 5404. The ruins of an early modern, crudely constructed bothy as described by Reid.
Visited by OS (NKB) 27 November 1978.

On raised ground at the head of the loch, this site of shieling-grounds is as described in the NMRS through a letter from K Reid to OS in 1978 and a site visit by OS (NKB) in 1978. Now very overgrown with bracken. <1>
