EHG266 - Walkover survey - Loch na Droma Buidhe Area

A walkover survey was undertaken by J.G. Robertson in 1997 of the northeast end of the Drimnin Estate as part of a Woodland Grant Scheme. The survey area comprised c.625ha.The aim was to provide an inventory of sites, including a record of character, extent, state of preservation and date. Sites already identified from desk-based research were recorded in detail wirh sketches and photographs. Many more, notably unenclosed fields and small structures, were identified and also fully recorded. A total of 228 monuments were recorded. <1>
