Description

A walkover survey of an area of plantation forestry on the Fassfern Estate due for harvesting was carried out in 2021 by Scottish Woodlands. The area had previously been surveyed in 2000 (see EHG4424) but work had been hampered by vegetation. Thirteen charcoal burner's platforms were found and their positions recorded. <1>
