Full Description
A walkover survey in October 2007 identified the low, grassy footings of two long buildings aligned NE-SW down the slope and corresponding to two roofed building on the 1st edition OS map. These are outside the drystone dyke forming the present north boundary of Aultbea crofts and appear to be a part of the pre-crofting township of Tighnafiline, possibly abandoned after that township was organised into lots. <1>
