EHG3188 - Archaeological assessment, Glenuig, Moidart

An archaeological assessment was carried out as part of an environmental impact assessment for a proposed Woodland Grant Scheme application. The assessment consisted largely of the detailed study of a single aerial photograph (RCAHMS All Scotland Survey, sortie 61988, print 161, date 10/06/1988). A number of archaeological sites were identified and further research recommended, including inspection of the sites on the ground and a general walkover to identify any sites not clear from the aerial photograph. <1>
