Description
Stuart Farrell was commissioned by Halcrow Group Ltd in September 2003 to undertake an archaeological desktop and walkover survey for the Duncanstown Water Mains Renewal Project (NH 6061/5960 to NH 6016/5608). A desktop and walkover survey revealed a number of previously unrecorded buildings relating to the fonner crofting landscape though most of these buildings were not located during the walkover survey, most of them being removed by modern agricultural improvements. <1>
